Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (collectively, “CODI”) reported that CODI will make a cash distribution of $0.36 per share for the first quarter of 2017. The distribution is payable on April 27, 2017 to shareholders of record on the close of business on April 20, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing such distribution is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Compass Diversified Holdings Declares First Quarter 2017
Distribution of $0.36 Per Share

Westport, Conn., April 6, 2017 - Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (“CODI” or the “Company”), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended March 31, 2017 is payable on April 27, 2017 to all holders of record as of April 20, 2017.

Alan Offenberg, CEO of Compass Diversified Holdings, stated, “We are pleased to declare our first quarter distribution of $0.36 per share. We have now declared a distribution each quarter since our IPO in May of 2006 and, including this quarter, will have cumulatively distributed $14.9952 per share to our shareholders.”
